State releases results of latest nursing home family satisfaction survey
Morrow Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Chesterville, has been notified by the Ohio Department of Aging that they ranked 5th in the State of Ohio for Family Satisfaction scores.
The State of Ohio has over 900 licensed nursing facilities.
The Department of Aging notified Morrow Manor that Family Satisfaction results gave a 95.87 percent out of 100 percent possible in the recent Nursing Facility Family Satisfaction Survey Results.
According to Erin Pettegrew, Ombudsman Projects Coordinator in the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman’s office, the results will be uploaded to the Consumer Guide in the near future. Online accessibility for facility reports is expected by the end of January.
“The entire staff at Morrow Manor is very excited about this announcement,” says Darlene Yake, Administrator. “We are very proud of the care provided and are pleased to be recognized. We are also pleased that the Department of Aging announcement included 100 percent satisfaction on the question of recommending our facility to others.”
